still in individual therapy. mondays and thursdays. sometimes just mondays.

going to florida on friday. begrudgingly.

in conversation with my brother again. through email. but hey.

paid a bill today. first time in months.

three packages packaged and ready to be mailed. tomorrow.

and tonight. sad and teary. but still here. and doing okay.
