another friday five.

1. What was your first job? my first job was as a ski instructor at one of the local mountains, started just after i turned 16.

2. How old were you when you had your first kiss? hmmm my first real one...17.

3. What was your first car? What happened to it? a white 1978 honda civic (the smallest car ever made). i paid something like $500 for it (in 1990) and drove it for a couple of years. then sold it to a friend of a friend for about $100.

4. What was your first concert? my older brother brought me to a tom petty concert with ziggy marley opening.

5. How do you plan to spend your weekend? going to a good show tonight with a friend, and out for dinner first at a new restaurant. tomorrow i have a busy day of work, assignments including a college hockey game, the first meeting of a youth archery group, the grand opening of a local banks drive up window, and then kids movie day at the visitors center at the state park. sunday morning go to a talk by two former peace corps volunteers who just got back from uzbekistan. and later, work some more.
